LoomiQ began with a simple belief: heritage should not be left behind as the world moves forward. Founded by गव्यसिध्द डॉ. Diptimayee Das, our journey began in 2020 with a humble investment of ₹5,000 and a single set of Kansa utensils under the brand KAANSYAM.
What started as an effort to promote healthier living through traditional Kansa ware soon grew into a larger purpose: to preserve India’s age-old crafts, support artisan livelihoods, and keep generations of traditional knowledge alive in a rapidly changing world.
As our vision expanded, LoomiQ evolved beyond Kansa to embrace handcrafted brass jewellery and Dhokra metal craft. Rooted in Odisha’s rich artistic traditions, our collections bring together heritage craftsmanship and contemporary design. Each product is created with the belief that traditional crafts should not only be preserved, but also made relevant, desirable, and accessible for modern lifestyles.

Our vision is to bring India’s traditional crafts to the world and make them a meaningful part of contemporary homes and personal style. We aim to give handcrafted jewellery, Dhokra decor, and other heritage art forms a distinct identity in the modern marketplace while keeping their cultural soul intact.

At LoomiQ, every piece carries a story. Behind each handcrafted creation is an artisan whose skill has been passed down through generations. While artisans are masters of creation, their work often lacks access to branding, visibility, and wider markets. LoomiQ works to bridge that gap by creating meaningful demand for handcrafted products and bringing them to customers who value authenticity, culture, and craftsmanship.
